Description
The complete corn milling production line includes
Cleaning machine ---- emery roller peeling machine (drying method for corn/maize peeling) --- iron roller peeling machine --- Germ separator --- Hammer mill --- Roller mill --- Corn flour packing machine
1. Cleaning stage: Firstly, the magnetic separator removes the iron. Vibrating screen to filter the impurities and descaler. Remove stones and other impurities.
2. Peeling Stage: Use corn husk to grind the husk separately from the corn.
3. Grinding stage: Grind and mill the corn. Sieving using a double bin planfter.
4. Packaging Stage: Finally the final product will be packaged.
This design is a dry way of peeling the corn and saves water.
We can also wet and clean the corn/maize for wet peeling using dampeners on request.
The end product maize flour made by maize milling machine, usually the fineness of maize flour for African market is 60 mesh or finer than that. (We can change the screen to get the desired flour size)
